Evaluation samples for project approval. Tell us the product and the specification you are checking it against, and where the sample has to go.
What to send
A sample is approved against a specification, not a product name.
These nine points let us prepare the right piece of material and the document set that goes with it.
- 01Product type — board, blanket or roll, pipe section, lamella mat, roof board or fire-stop board.
- 02Size — the length and width the sample has to match.
- 03Thickness — the thickness under review, or the range the project allows.
- 04Density — in kg/m³, where the specification fixes a value.
- 05Facing — none, FSK, foil, wire mesh or fiberglass.
- 06Test purpose — what the sample is reviewed for: assembly fit, facing, dimensional tolerance or a submittal file.
- 07Approver or reviewer — the person or department the sample is submitted to.
- 08Receiving address — company or site name and the full delivery address.
- 09Courier account — the account number, if the sample ships on your courier.
Standard samples are dispatched in 2–3 business days. Custom samples — non-standard size, density, facing or packing — are evaluated per request: feasibility and preparation time are confirmed in the reply, not before.
