What makes a useful inquiry

The more of this you have, the faster the answer.

Technical selection comes before final quotation. These are the details we match against the project specification.

01Customer type — developer, contractor, importer or OEM, so the reply fits your role.
02Project name and location — the site, city and country the material is going to.
03Application — exterior wall, curtain wall, roof, industrial equipment, marine or OEM.
04Product form and sizes — board, roll, pipe section or custom part, with length, width, thickness and density.
05Facing and standard — FSK, foil, wire mesh or fiberglass, plus the project specification or test reference.
06Quantity and delivery — volume, destination port and the date the material is needed on site.
